Based in Cornwall, Tom is an organic farmer and has worked as a livestock nutrition consultant for over 25 years. He farms around 600 acres with his wife, Nicola, where they put regenerative and biological farming into practice, running an Angus suckler herd and growing organic oats, barley, and fodder beet.
Tom’s view of regenerative farming changed fundamentally in 2017 after working in the states with the ‘father of biological farming’, Gary Zimmer of MidWestern Bioag.
Passionate about the wide-ranging benefits of good grazing management, diverse cropping, and soil health, Tom believes regenerative farming practices offer a win-win when it comes to farm profitability, public ecosystem services, and the wider environment.

Sam is passionate about regenerative farming and helping build resilience across British agriculture.
His interest in climate science and sustainability led him to study BSc Geography with Environmental Management at The University of Exeter. He then started his early career in broadcasting at the BBC before moving in to Business Development and Senior Leadership in the farming insurance sector.

With many years of experience, Ryan is Team Leader of workshop floor staff and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our fleet of specialist ATV vehicles and auxiliary soil sampling and scanning equipment, as well training staff to ensure the safe and correct use of equipment on and off site.
As a fully qualified Wintex Specialist Engineer, Ryan is also responsible for bespoke builds, fitting and servicing/repairs for all client soil sampling and scanning equipment and ATV vehicles, and is the first point of contact for all equipment-related issues.

Growing up on a mixed family farm in Lincolnshire sparked Will’s interest in sustainable farming, particularly how integrating livestock and arable systems can help to create a more robust and resilient business, centred around good soil management.
After studying at Newcastle University, Will worked as an agronomist for six years, delivering regenerative farming advice alongside SFI and soil consultancy. His passion is helping and supporting farmers on their transition to regenerative farming systems.

After studying at Duchy College and working in the dairy industry, Hugo worked as a trials manager for six years across a broad range of crops. He has also lectured in Agronomy and Crop Science and worked as an Assistant Manager on an estate in London.
Focusing on helping businesses transition to a regenerative farming system, Hugo uses his practical and technical experience to provide agronomy and consultancy across the southern region.

After working on numerous mixed farms and estates across England and Scotland, Jack decided to pursue a career as an agribusiness consultant to drive sustainable, efficient, and profitable farming. Graduating from Harper Adams University, he spent two years working for a large rural consultancy and management firm in the Southwest.
Jack specialises in helping farms through the agricultural transition and unlocking grant funding opportunities, with a particular interest in using innovative technology and practices to increase productivity and performance. He also heads up the commercial side of the business, ensuring that we deliver value to our clients and meet the aims and objectives set out. Jack is a committee member of the Wiltshire Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution charity.

Joshua is a committed crop scientist who is deeply passionate about regenerative agriculture. He holds a Ph.D. in Crop Sciences and M.Sc.(Hons) in Plant Pathology. He has extensive experience in both research and project management in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
